CLNC Fees:
Location of Testifying Experts
Flat rate for each expert and/or each discipline (nurse, physician, etc) $ 750
Fee includes review of medical records and locating of expert. There is no warranty included for the testimony or opinions of testifying experts. The attorney will hire and make payment arrangements for each expert.
Consultant will consider exceptions on an individual case basis and bill hourly.
Consulting Expert
Hourly Rate: $100.00/hr
Rush: $150.00/hr
Initial case screening will be estimated at 1-5 hours. If volume of records indicates a greater length of time, the attorney will be notified prior to work being initiated. If a written report is requested, length and specifics will be discussed prior to work being initiated. Research and miscellaneous expenses will be discussed prior to and billed in addition to hourly rate. A signed letter agreement and $500 retainer is expected before work to begin.

CNLCP Fees:
Life Care Plan
$150/hr, Retainer $1500 with signed letter agreement
Review medical records, interviews client, assess home and home needs as appropriate, consult with physicians and develop life care plan with costs projections
Testifying Expert for LCP
Hourly rate $275/hr, plus travel expenses if overnight is expected,
Retainer $1000
